We got there about 9:45 and the front told us the restaurant closes at 10pm. We quickly ordered a whole salad with salmon to split and the went to put our bags in the room. When we got back to the restaurant the food was ready in 5 minutes and packaged up to easily carry to our room to eat. It was very good and all the staff, from the hotel shuttle to front desk to waiter were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was amazing. So comfortable. Very clean. The shower was so relaxing and nice as well. It was very close to the War Memorial Arena, and the staff was spectacular about helping me figure out transportation to and from the event. The front desk agent that was there when we checked in was especially wonderful. Her name is Abigail. She made me feel so good about being there and as an employee of a hotel myself, that is very important to me.

I really liked the staff and everyone was friendly. My dinner at the restaurant as good. The hotel was designed in a circle so it's interesting.

The staff was amazing! Extremely friendly and welcoming. We ate and had drinks in the hotel bar. The food was decent, the staff very friendly and engaging.

There’s a lot to like from the nice overhead showers to the great location in downtown Syracuse a nice parking garage (which is $15/night unfortunately) it also has a great view on the upper floors.
